I am DI David Udovčić, a building physicist, graduate engineer of architecture specialising in Green Building, ÖGNI Consultant and founder of föhre bauphysik e.U. I support architects, master builders, developers, property managers, private clients and municipalities with building physics for new construction, conversions and renovations throughout Austria.

I prepare reports, expert opinions, calculations and evaluations for sound insulation, room acoustics and building acoustics questions.

I advise on sustainable building, prepare life cycle assessments and OI3 assessments, and recommend suitable building materials and constructions for the building project.
Building certification
I support ÖGNI building certifications from the preliminary assessment through to the structured documentation of the relevant sustainability criteria.

I develop renovation concepts for existing buildings, combining energy efficiency, building physics and practical measures into a coordinated overall strategy.
